DHLB is one of the larger commercial property brokers in the Rocky Mountain Region. Despite their size and success, a couple branding items were holding them back. Their official name was David, Hicks & Lampert which, along with their logo design, gave vibes of an old-school law-office rather than a modern commercial brokerage.

Current clients all call them DHLB so it was a simple matter to switch the name without confusion. The new logo is bright, modern, and readable at a distance on signage and when shrunk on paperwork – both an issue with the old identity.
